What's new in the Trust and Centre?
Publicity in Buckfastleigh
The Trust will have a stall at two events in Buckfastleigh this Christmas
In the Town Hall on 25th November from 10-30 am
In Fore Street on 6th December from 4-00 pm
There will be a full spread of Trust publications and information, together with Christmas gifts
Accommodation and visitor charges at the Centre to increase
Due to significant increases in energy and insurance costs the Trust will, with regret, raise its charges for groups using the Centre. Residents will need to pay £14 per person per night with a minimum group size of 12 people. Friends (members) will pay half that amount. People wanting to book the Centre for day rather than residential use will pay £100 for the day. These charges will come into effect on 1st January 2024.

Educational visits that include the quarry and Joint Mitnor Cave will, in 2024, be £8 for an adult and £4 for a child of school age. Younger children will be free of charge. For more information go to
GUIDED WALKS 2024
We have reviewed the 2023 guided walks programme which was very successful. We had more visitors than in previous years - the bat walks were fully booked and the day walks were very well supported. We're already planning for next year and should soon be able to give details of the walks and visiting programmes.
